Phase I Environmental Site Assessments

Any real estate transaction should be subject to some level of environmental due diligence. Whether buying a former industrial park or the neighbor’s parcel an environmental professional should assess the property to determine your potential liabilities. A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment is conducted by an independent Environmental Professional to develop an opinion of the environmental condition of the property. At EcoTec, our professionals will evaluate the actual or potential environmental concern a potential owner or stakeholder may have in a particular parcel.

EcoTec conducts Phase I Environmental Site Assessments in accordance applicable standards such as (USEPA AAI, 40 CFR Part 312, ASTM 1527-05/13) for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments for real estate transactions, bank transactions, or other auditing programs.
